A Fool’s Lot

Hi Noddlers,

The rules are:
– 300 words
– must include the word ‘prince’ (singular) and ‘fools’ (plural).

This entry is a brief prequel scene to my first manuscript, Empire of Shadows: Prophecy. As a rule I never write short stories, mostly because I’m terrible at developing character and setting in a small word count. 300 words was almost so small it was easy, which surprised me! I really enjoyed the experience!
